About us
Atelier Maisho
Our history
The story of Atelier Maisho began in 2009 in Tokyo, Japan. During her stay in Japan (2009-2011), Tatiana Seignovert discovered the Japanese floral art of Ikebana for the first time.
Tatiana began her studies at the Sogetsu school of ikebana (Tokyo, Japan), graduating as an ikebana teacher and obtaining the floral name Maisho. In Japanese, Maisho means “Flowered while dancing”. This name aptly reflects the style of Tatiana’s creations: lines and their flight, full of lightness and sensitivity.
She continues to perfect her skills by participating in and organizing numerous ikebana exhibitions in Moscow (Russia). Gradually, the hobby became a passion and his profession. Tatiana studied at the “Nicole” international florist-designer school (Moscow, Russia), took part in numerous master-classes with international masters, participated in international floral forums and festivals, and organized her own master-classes.
In 2018, Atelier Maisho debuted in Paris, quickly attracting customers who appreciated its light, romantic creations. Since April 2019, we are delighted to welcome you to our boutique “Rose des bois, by Atelier Maisho” located at 59, rue de Villiers in Neuilly-sur-Seine.
